I would venture a guess that as part of any settlement they would license the entire flash portfolio for the right settlement, thus avoiding endless litigation, especially with companies referenced by mguru.

As for any device that stores audio on flash and is played back...looks like EDIG is back in the MP3 market.

Those 100s of millions of dollar markets are likely on target for those markets...just look at the ipod alone.
