If sunpoop can count and there were indeed 10 (non blacked-out) names on the chart, it occurs to me that this could mean filings against the remaining two infringers is imminent - perhaps waiting for some 'event' to happen? Else why have those names open on the chart? More sloppiness? Say it ain't so.
