COYOTE:...

The logic of your post escapes me...

You assert;

"...but the price action and volume are suggesting there's nothing coming up from either the trade show or the meeting..."

"...or it might be that all the insiders are loaded up already. If (big if) they were to announce new infringers or new customers etc. this is info that only insiders are aware of."

FIRST:

The only thing price action and volume suggest is that there are not that many orders to BUY or SELL this stock at this thime.

Every one is sitting on the sidelines and WAITING, and WAITING, and WAITING, for the next shoe to drop.

And it is ridiculous to posit, as some do, that it will take 20 0r 40 years for the latter to happen.

Simply said, this company and this investment is dead and off to the bankruptcy Court unless there have been some settlements with DEEP POCKET infringers like SAMSUNG, INTEL, TI, APPLE, etc, by 2010 when the MARKMAN HEARING IS SET.

On the other hand most everyone still hear knows, or should know, that there shall be "Settlements" between now and 2010, and that one way or another EDIG of 2010 shall be a far different company than the company that seems stalled in an $.086-$.098 PPS range.

SECOND:

There are new infringers. All 174 of them. Insiders know it, and we know it. The announcement of actions against the additional infringers is orchaestrated by DM and not by the insiders. And announcement of 100 more law suits against 100 infiingers is not what will make this stock rise. It is the "Settlements" and a POSITIVE Markman Ruling that DM is after.

Is Lake observed yesterday, there has been hardly any official response from SAMSUNG and or some of the other SEVEN infringers sued. Federal Complaints are not "IGNORED" by defendants. PACER is awfully quiet since the filing of the compplaints. As Lake said this can only mean that are intensive discussions going on between the parties and they are engaged, with the Court's approval, in "Settlement" negotiations...

The insiders are not going to run to their broker and buy more shares under such circumstances. They will keep a tight lip and hope something matrializes by the SHM. That is why they called that meeting...
