I am somewhat at a legal loss here. Does what you say above mean I DO NOT HAVE TO GO BEFORE A JUDGE in order to get a subpoena to "discover" anything I want in YOUR private business. Can I personally issue a subpoena to anyone and the only caveat to this is that "anyone" can/will go to a judge to quash that subpoena. Then if I wish to proceed I must go before the judge with what evidence I have to show the COURT, to have that COURT, make the subpoena legal and the "anyone" must then comply with it????? I don't understand much of this.....
