It looks DUANE MORRIS got the permission from the court to go after all the detail relationship between DXG and VIVITAR
Those important one that noticeable are
!. They are looking for all infringement items related to 4 different patents 737 , 774 , 445 , and 108
2.They are looking for all documents re FLASHBACK DEVICES
3-All documents that discuss or any attempt by DXG to design around the patents - in suit.
4-All patent license agreement related to the products to which DXG is a party.
5-Documents to determine the total volume of sales of each of the products within united states on a yearly basis.
