Then why did Sandisk sue Lexar? It was over tech that was being infringed.
Lexar moved on with a new format having an agreement with Sandisk that the new format does not infringe.
Lexar then moved to sue Toshiba for infringement of their new format.
I totally miss the point of what this Mike character is trying to get across. If what he is stating in his mind is true, then why did all the above happen?
LL this character you spared with seems to have no common sense...or, he is in fact, a member of the opposition.
IMO, it's only going to get worse from here with this type commentary.
