I think we can expect lots of objections to those without the patents and with billions in product sales. (like shareholders in those infringing companies)

It's not like it's the first time a company ripped off, either purposely or without knowledge, another's patented claim to a particular space.

That is the whole point of the litigation....INFRINGEMENT HAPPENS !

At some point they will read the writing on the wall and hedge their bets.
