"These comment have cause any new investor to lay off until something more difinitive is stated." tt

I tend to agree. If those fully invested over time see no redeeming value to the investment, regardless if that is an accurate assessment or not, and spend their time knocking the company openly in a public forum, why would a new investor plunk down dollars looking for appreciation????

....after all, investor enthusiasm/confidence is a key part to setting one investment apart from another investment opportunity....and if that doesn't exist then there is a key element missing. So they likely opt to wait for news, willing to pay higher prices rather than BUY LOW....hence no demand and thus drifting share prices. Who influences that to some degree? Ofcourse, we do. If the potential was enough to get us to invest, why knock the stock now, as the potential hasn't been this great in 8 years?

"Look at the fact that they have not mention a damm thing that could be of encouragement to buy and own this stock." tt

I completely disagree with that comment. The company's top management has set its agenda. They have identified the number of infringers, the size of the target market and begun litigation....not talk but action. And this has been set in motion for a couple of years now...not just some fluff to pacify investors. You've got Pat Nunally and DM signed onto the concept....why not new investors?

I was told that it was RP's opinion that EDIG's scope of patents and size of market is believed to be larger than their sister company's....but with the caveat that DM has to make it happen regardless of what they believe.

That's quite a perspective....and should DM deliver, not buying here could be the biggest mistake in a long time for new investors.

New speculative investors need to be apprised of the opportunity at hand. In fact, the risk is much less now that investors have had at anytime in the past 8 years, imo. It's not just talk anymore...there are wheels in motion.

This could easily become a 5 or 10 bagger overnight with even more room on the upside, depending on DM's efforts and the news that emerges to the public domain.

The downside is 11 cents and the size of your investment dollars-risk capital no doubt....but with 174 infringers and eVU sales ongoing, zero is not likely, imo.

Contrast that negative (risk) to the upside, should they start hitting hard...remember early 2000 and ptsc's response with having their day in court.
