LL- why should that be a surprise to you. We have become on this site our own worse enemy since most of the tripe said on this site is to speak about the law suit and the negatives that go along with it. These comment have cause any new investor to lay off until something more difinitive is stated. EDIGs own past performance is no shiny example either. Look at the fact that they have not mention a damm thing that could be of encouragement to buy and own this stock.

Litigation per say especially with years entering into the time frame is not a just cause for purchasing this stok.

What will do it is for this company to sell its product and that it is advertised as doing so. The rest is dream time, futuristic. We can be years from any settlement if any. Even this problem that keeps being mention about Wencor has a negative effect. We need to keep our mouths shut and speak of those things that we have knowledge of. This speculation about the litigation can only hurt at this time. Thats why no one 'NEW" is buying.
