Since I am not smart enough and get confused easily I couldn't make sense of the word "patentee" in sman998 posts on 4-29 8:04PM, on 4-29 5:25PM, on 4-27 9:06Am and 4-27 12:21AM...So I did what I should have done and Googled "patentee" and "patentor".

A patentor is one who grants a patent.....The US Patent Office

A patentee is one to whom a patent is issued....In these cases EDig.

After reading sman's very informative posts I believe what a lot of others on this board believe, if our patents are as strong as DM, on contingency" knows they are then everything about these IP lawsuits is definitely stacked in EDigs favor. It seems the "patentee" (EDIg) has all the odds......Those posts are very interesting reading
