It is apparent that EDIG has held its Flash patent portfolio since the inception of the flash markets and has worked with several of these notable infringers already. I think that adds credibility, especially considering that Intel was using them when they were considering jumping bigtime into the consumer electronics products market.

I am certainly no expert but I would think this goes a long way into convincing a judge of the validity for their claims. That together with the fact that Pat Nunally and DM seem to agree after doing their DD. That makes me think EDIG has a very good chance at extracting dollars from what has proven to be a very lucrative market for those infringers who muscle their way through the process, often stepping on the innovators without proper compensation.

Corporate bullies get their playing field leveled in the courts. They have to be very concerned with EDIG's claims and likely would much rather settle out of court than risk their worst case scenario.

EDIG and its shareholders have held on long enough to make their case. The target market is quite clear and is being monetized. The judge will hear them out.

What else can we ask for? (OK, one meellion dollars) lol
