Yes, teddy, I must be on drugs..clearly why I own this stock. Obviously you are aware of the risk of this stock. I do not think investing in "green" energy is any more of a risk. BTW I do conserve - Recycle 70% of everything, drive little and use public transportation and limit AC use...but I do take a shower.

Clearly there is evidence that drilling here alone will not be the end all solution to energy independence. As in any investment, diversity is the way to profit. I realize that is is too late for your generation and perhaps you do not care if your grandchild is able to backpack in fresh clean air..but I do. Adding a mix of geothermal, solar, wind, water, biofuel(e.g. non-corn based), and oil will take advantage of resources available in niches throughout the U.S. and give US more jobs. And yes..theres alot of oil in ANWR, but estimates indicate years to decades before it would even come on the market if drilled. So, what do you propose until your precious oil is flowing?

So, maybe we can hook up a geothermal vent to you backend and achieve energy dependence this week.
