Here is the scenario I and Bill would love to see...Lol...Lol...

DM has a pow wow with Syntax-B before the next week hearing and reads them PLAN...

1) Show up before WARD prepared to have an early MARKMAN HEARING date...

2) If DM gets his "Positive Markman Ruling" within the next couple of months, ther are going to recommend to their client, (EDIG), to cut SB some slack in accepting any reasonable settlement offer...

They will get the message, and EDIG may just get some money in the bank, and go after developing the eVU business further, and DM can get on with going after the BIGEES...

After all, A big FORTE of the DM listed on their site is in "Settlement", "Arbitration", and "Mediation"...

WE ARE GETTING EVER SO CLOSER TO THE LAST CHAPTER OF THE EDIG SAGA...
