As for time frames we have seen reported cases conclude as quickly as three months to run to over two years...with exceptions certainly noted.

One key for the Eastern District of Texas is their being recognized for streamlining the time to trial....so the sooner DM files, the sooner we reach our end point.

Since most cases don't make it to trial we can now begin to lock in on time frames much better than in previous days.

I wonder why the last two infringers on this first round of that "over $20 Billion market" have yet to be named.
