Seems like a possibility, although RP stated that DM wants to control the venue, so filing first gives them that control.
Considering there are over 174 infringers listed, I would think DM would like to keep it in one place for efficiently, if nothing else, but who really knows.
At some point they might think it advantageous to use another venue depending on what lead counsel thinks or what connections they have with other local firms....and will they use multiple lead counsels or will one team head up the entire process????
They've got us on the edge of our seats....lol.
