True...! I agree with Richardo's overall assessment. But it's a tough question, some might say if you have the best quality product even a "less than best quality" sales staff can sell it. The correct answer is the more "important" ingredient is your people. That does not mean that the other ingredients are not important. In this case it seems obvious that since Blakeley came aboard the ship has turned 180 degrees (give or take).
