Well I have to disagree.
What has kept the company alive is loans with high interest rates, stock sales to private groups at lower than market prices, and special warrants with attractive conversion rates.
As to personality, that came with the hiring of Blakeley who has been able to make it a team concept even with the proir personnel.
Lastly, products sell, if it's better than your competition it will sell. You do have to have financial capability and qualified people, I'm not forgetting the people aspect, but it's the product that sells.
Simply stated, salesmanship involves a tranaction to the mutual satisfaction of the buyer and the seller.
