All this about the Markman handling is just a dance to music that has no beat.  Even when you win you can it reversed and end up losing.  What ever decision is made it needs to stick.  Thats why it will take years for this to work out.  Our best hope is in the company itself.  If the product is as good as they say it is then airline companies should flock to their door.  If not then if all we got is litigation , its time to say good nite mrs. Calabash where ever you are.
