Both Boeing and Northrop are telling fibs.....

Their both involved in offshore parts production and assembling in the US. With that, Northrop, is subordinate to Airbus.....IMO...not good, Northrop is but a token entity in this deal.

The US worker has become an assembler. The after built tanker program will be parts serviced by the offshore entities.
