My guess is DM will push for one time settlement license agreements rather than fees + royalties + ... It is easier for DM to get their cut and needs far less administration, IMO. Kinda like TPL has done for PTSC.
If the revenues continue to grow, so should the license. Public companies have projections that DM can see and private companies can be compelled to provide under the cover of "client privilege" or an NDA.
An update from Willy wouldn't hurt, but we be waiting for the Q filing. I do wonder about the Q numbers, but expect decent results based on the last numbers, but not looking for black ink, yet.
