That is my point....
Promoting a court battle with exuberance at this point is not investing, it's gambling. IMO...Someone is playing a 10 or 8cent spread here.
We're at 12 cents for a reason....Now that it has been driven to this level, I want it to say here and no one capitalize on a spread movement prior an out come.
