"I want folks to buy, however,  on results."

PTSC is having results.  Their PPS is waning.  Results alone are not a guarantee of price movement.  There has to be an anticipation of growth that generates interest and which adds value to the investment....of more to come.  Also, at .12-.14  it's a pretty safe bet that either news of DM moving forward against billion dollar companies or early settlements (results) would move the PPS north. 

If you wait for the results to be banked prior to taking a stance or sharing your insights on this investment it will likely be too late.

Understanding the risk of any penny stock should be acknowledged in advance, however, that being said, EDIG at .14 with what is on the table is a pretty good gamble from where I sit.
