I didn't state that we will prevail in all 174 cases, although that remains a possibility.  I don't know what DM is demanding in damages per infringer.  I just tried to put the number of infringers in perspective to a judgement range to give people a dollar "range" for discussion purposes.

Also, 174 cases will take years to litigate, logistically speaking.  Regardless, there are some pretty big numbers at stake.

I find it unlikely DM will go in asking for merely $1 million.  So it all remains merely a topic of discussion.

Heck, one settlement for $50 million might just be the order of the day considering the $25 BILLION already noted by Blakeley.

$25 Billion divided by 174?  About $140 million per infringer....1% of that is about $14 million per infringer.
