I am positive the term "substantial" to me means more than it does to the edig PRs. A two fold increase is nothing compared to a small number, but is a substantial improvement. A 30% increase on a large value can be shown as a substantial increase.

Let just hope we continue to see Q to Q improvement, which will help the cash flow, but still not enough and finally see our 1/2 glass starting to fill as DM becomes successful.
