Advanced Inflight Alliance AG intends to make a further important Acquisition
Munich, November 16, 2007 – The management board of Advanced Inflight Alliance
AG (ISIN DE0001262186, WKN 126218, Sitz: Schellingstr. 35, 80799 Munich) and
the shareholders of DTI Software Inc., Montreal, Canada (in the following DTI) have
signed today with approval of the supervisory board a Letter of Intent for the
acquisition of 100% of the shares in DTI.
It is intended to sign the Share Purchase Agreement in the current business year
following a satisfactory Due Diligence. The agreed purchase price will be in the
lower double-digit millions and shall be financed by cash liquidity and a bank loan. It
is not intended to issue new shares in connection with the transaction. Due to the
confidentiality obligations agreed to between the parties no more details concerning
the transaction can be disclosed at this stage.
Founded in 1995, DTI is a worldwide leading service company of in-flight
entertainment in the emerging market of on-board computer gaming. DTI has 80
airline customers and 80 employees in Montreal, Los Angeles, Dubai and
Singapore.
The service program of DTI is an important extension of the business activities of
Advanced Inflight Alliance AG and will considerably strengthen the earning power of
the group.
