 More games and software content for passengers and airlines as DTI Software and eFlyte join forces.

Montreal, Canada – Monday 17th September 2007

DTI Software, the leading global supplier of in-flight games and applications for the airline passenger In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) industry, based in Montreal, announced today that they have signed a "Letter of Intent" to join forces with eFlyte, Inc of Jacksonville, FL. USA.

Merging with eFlyte will enable DTI Software to endorse its position as the global leader in the development and licensing of in-flight games and applications, offering an even broader range of IFE products in the future.

"We are delighted that we were able to structure a deal with eFlyte," said Nicolas Bélanger, President of DTI Software. "Over the past two years the industry has experienced tremendous growth, resulting in our company introducing enhanced processes to ensure the highest quality of products. This agreement with eFlyte will greatly expand our development capability, with the goal of creating more customized and varied games and applications for the airlines," added Belanger. "In addition we want to use the combined strengths of this new venture to expand the number of games licensed from the leading casual game companies and introduce a completely new level of in-flight games replicating the passengers PC or game console experience."

Louis Bélanger-Martin, Executive Vice-President of DTI Software added, "With the rapid growth of IFE in the airline industry, we are presently facing an ever increasing challenge in delivering a wider choice of products to our airline customers, within tighter deadlines. The combined DTI and eFlyte teams will offer our customers greater choice while maintaining excellence in quality”.

DTI Software will maintain its head office in Montreal, integrate the eFlyte office in Singapore and will expand its presence in California. On October 1, 2007 DTI Software will launch a new office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In the new DTI Software structure, Dan Harris, currently President and CEO of eFlyte,Inc will play a key role within the development and marketing teams, working closely with both Daniel Laplante, DTI’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Louis Belanger-Martin, Excecutive Vice President.

The new combined entity will be exhibiting at the World Airline Entertainment Association (WAEA) exhibition on the 17th – 21st September in Toronto, Canada at Booth number 819.
