I doubt they will think this a slam dunk defense considering DM is waging the battle and EDIG clearly has patents dating back to the early '90s.

There comes a breaking point whereby it is less than prudent to chance a win and risk a market the size of flash, but I will agree we just have to wait and see...like we have a choice in the matter.

There have been some cases that have been posted here that settled in approximately a 6 month period, so anything is possible.

But certainly I am dug in either way.
