gernb1....if you wish to pursue it.....

IDE interface command meets ATA-5

Its format operating at the normal 512 byte sector size

You would have to find out what/who they are utilizing for the IDE interface controller that matches the ATA 5 standard....it could be Sandisk, Lexar...etc.
