What a jury should be intrested in ia where the small company would have been if they shared from the start the money due to them as a result of the infringment.  The big fish eating the small one should not be allowed.  The patent laws used were to protect the inventor from the big fish and inovation.  Now the big guys want protection from what rightly belong to the little guy.  Sad to say, they will get it.  They have the money to currupt and will do just that. b The odds are in their favor.  When the judge screws you where do you go for justice??
