The explanation you give makes sense. Yet, the fact remains that when I placed my order for few thousand shares the bid was $.18 and the ask was $.185...

Immediately the 50000 shares were traded at $.18 and the ask was jumped to $.19...

W ithin couple of minutes 200 shares of my order was filled at $.185 followed by a 500 share order sold at $.17 to walk the bid down to .17...

If the RULE is that open orders should be filled first before other loer orders are executed, isn't what just happened in violation of SEC Rules?...

But then again, like you said they will take till the end of the day to give themselves a cushion to make monet at $.005 cent a clip floor for them to fall back on by my order. And they do count on the fact that most people will not bother with reporting it to SEC, and when SEC gets it no one will bother with inforcing the RULES...Lol...Lol...
