He has suggested (on that other board) that I'm somehow needed here. Apparently Tommeeek is in great peril and can't find his putter due to his distress about the happennings here.

While I'll make an effort to weigh in with my babble, I must confess that my attentions are more focused on that other stock for the time being, and I'm probably more distressed than poor ole Tommeeek! (however, I do have a real good fix on exactly where my putter is - and I don't golf!).

Unfortunately, my time is also being heavily dedicated as care-giver to a dear friend who is undergoing Kimo therapy. She's experiencing what they call "kimo-brain" (temporary drug-induced stupidity) and has other medical issues causing complications. But it's going okay (BTW, she isn't Kimba).

I did post fairly recently about where I think this puppy is at. Good stuff happenning with the suit initiated (hopefully prompting actions outside the court with the defendant and potential defendants-to-be). The Air France deal is a great foot in the door for more EVu sales. Still, IMO, a lot of time required - at least months - unless settlements/orders start really flowing (which could happen any time).

One would think that if DW has filed suit with one, there has been significant action with others. And one would think that if Air France continues to see success with EVu (beyond the apparently successful trials), they and others may start lining up. But a lot of patience still required IMO.

And that's why my focus remains on PTSC. I just think big things will happen there first, and I hope I will then be able to jump back in here to previous levels or more.

Those that are watching both of these sisters have already gotten a good lesson on the patent litigation process. That may pay off as we watch EDIG (though, with some luck, EDIG will be able to avoid it and get the credibility through big settlements sans litigation, prompting other infringers along).
