Message: What is IT?

If someone said IT, they probably meant IP.

IT = Information Technology. It is mainly a computer term that applies to far more than just the Internet - although that's become a large part of it. Before it was called IT, it was called MIT (Management). Before that it was called DP (Data Processing).

IP is short for Intellectual Property and used here mainly to refer to e.Digital's patents (all five of them). Obviously, patents are of value because they are enforceable, but it is the holder's responsibility to enforce them - which is what the company's attorneys (Duane Morris) are for - which is what we're all talking about.

Welcome aboard.
