Think of the WEncor/Maycom fiasco......EDig had been paid by Wencor for many months. Maycom did not deliver but that $700,000 that Wencor paid EDig was not listed on any reports given by EDig to anyone because those units were not delivered. EDig had the money but did not declare it until many months later when Maycom finally fulfilled its obligation.
