Well thought out post....However you may have overlooked business NOT coming our way due to concerns about EDig losing this law suit. Cetainty is of high value to companies doing business with each. While what you say may have value on the negative side, the positive side says "get the damn thing over" with positive results, being EDig still has control over it's own destiny not beholden to anyone.

It seems to be a consensus by those on this board far more knowledgeable than I that EDig is not that vunerable to losing much even if a judge finds against the company. A federal judge has already ruled the eVu to be completely new product that BOW has no claim on and that product is what our future is based on.

Just my personal opinion "BASED SOLEY ON MY KNOWLEDGE OF BOW" that Wencor is driving this so as to NOT LOSE MORE BUSINESS to EDig's eVu which has proven to be a better product while BOW has had enormous problems getting his "new generation" Digeplayer xt to the market.
