I beg to differ with you on this. Remember, this stock is on olot more peple's "Alert" than mere Lawyerlong's...

As gernb's post points out DM's "filing" of a law suit, will be immediated public knowledge in that it will be posted on PACER, and will trigger many "Alerts" which will hit the News Services...
