It's very possible that e.Digital will NOT issue an official PR once actions commence. We should know the details assuming the filings are public and that we’ll be able to view them, but if the pertinent information (who, what, and for how much) doesn’t hit the news wires, then I don’t see the share price being affected much near term.... not until word gets out beyond the current base of shareholders.
