Their strategy of targeting smaller companies with fewer resources (The low hanging fruit as you like to say, Ha!) as the first infringers, appears to have been rethought as high profile large domestic and international companies are now intended to be among the first to be notified by DM. I'm doubtfull that announcements of who is being notified will be made public but public court filings should begin appearing over the course of the next couple of months.
Digecor will likely respond to eDigitals most receint filing within the next week. After that a hearing should be scheduled 75 - 90 days out. That should make it mid Sept - early October by my reconing. Rulings happen within the next 30 days. All this could change depending on Digecor's filing and eDigitals need to respond.
