However, an otcbb is a speculative play in that it usually is a company in the early stages of developing its business model/plan.  While it is taking EDIG a long time to "develop", the flash markets it targets in consumer electronics flash portables is a rather large, high profile market.  The flash portfolio could be rather significant and should garner quite a bit of interest prior to revenues being generated in a 10Q.

Once all that is confirmed and the revenues flow, the analysis you describe comes into play and EDIG will have become a much different company than it is today.

EDIG will have had a run or two long before your analysis can be done, imo.
