Sinkman, after reading your post I decided to run a query on PACER to see if EDIG has filed any new lawsuits in CA.  I checked the southern, eastern and central districts and no information was found.  Based on the language in the Mar 07 8-K filing, where DM wrote they had already chosen a first target, I agree that DM could easily be negotiating a settlement or IP licensing with an infringer.  I just don't see a powerhouse legal firm like DM sitting on their collective butts for 3 months...the IP wheels must be in motion baby.
