My impression was they would follow the traditional route of negotiation in an effort to settle privately to avoid the embarrasment and additional expense that might be associated with litigating infringement. But he also said that some of the resourceful investors might be able to dig out that information. This comment didn't make much sense to me as notice and demand seems like it would not require any kind of public filing. Isn't this so?
