Just my opinion, as always, however, I would think that the proper progression of things, if this is really happening would be to first approach the suspected infringers and put them on notice. Let them know that we believe they are infringing on patent #'s so and so and give them the opportunity to license, with a threat of following up in courts if they do not cooperate, if we indeed thing they are in violation.

Not an attorney, but I would think that would be the first progression and I would think, with the number of companies suspected, that process, alone, would take some time. Any other opinions or corrections welcomed. Thanks,
