They must name a Patent Attorney willing to pursue their case against infringing companies. Until such time it's all speculation. There's no way they will be able to pay someone, at least not initially, so they will have to find a firm willing to work on a contingency basis. I hope we hear something soon, they've been researching this for quite some time now.
