"The parties could have chosen to define Wencor’s exclusivity rights in other ways, or grant Wencor exclusivity to other similar DRM technology, but they did not do so. Wencor was granted only the specific DRM / RBE configuration set forth in the addendum to the agreement.  AS A MATTER OF LAW Wencor’s exclusivity rights are limited to this DRM with this RBE."
