Absolutely correct.  By changing the DRM technology (as defined in Addendum One) in any way, EDIG has effectively designed new technology and the Court ruled that digEcor has no claim to it.  This decision is HUGE for EDIG, allowing us to pursue eVU business in any arena we choose...I'm sure BOW is pissed.  LOL.
