I'm not sure what is prompting this question. When I suggest that EDIG could have sold on the open market, I didn't mean to Fusion, but to retail investors like you or me. EDIG would get the money from their sales of their authorized stock either way. Fusion could buy on the open market, but the funds would not go to EDIG, but to a probably enhanced PPS.
