The only number they issued, to my knowledge, was that the eVU orders this quarter were for over a million dollars. I'm not sure where he got the 5000 number either, maybe a guesstimate, math error or he remembers something we can't.

However, I would love to see them sell the eVU for $200/unit if that means they could mass distribute and then get a take of the recurring revenues and advertising dollars. I see DVD players selling for under $100, so the hardware isn't cost prohibitive. Their technology of course, adds value, but I wouldn't mind swapping up front costs for a steady and recurring revenue stream....not to mention branding the name "eVU by e.Digital." (think waiting rooms, terminals, etc)
