Not positive but I believe attendence is limited to represenatives of the industry and not open to the public at large.

TOMMEEEK, I think Bankersons reference to the EDIG Sept 28, 2000 announcement was to identify David Baggest as an EDIG employee. The only other identifiable EDIG employee listed on that patent was Atul. I, for one hadn`t read that patent but was aware that one had been applied for secure data transmission (encription). This appears to be it. Not sure from reading this but I think this is still pending.
