I can`t help but wonder where Boyer might be in the mix. If he was treated fairly by Wencor, he probably stays on the sidelines as he was the one signing the original agreements. If not, EDIG could have a trump card. They could certainly use a break to get out from under this legal mess and on to something more positive, like selling stuff.
The non-delivery of digEplayer product is certainly an issue EDIG must answer as they were issued and accepted the Wencor PO. What is not known are the reasons / result of Wencor`s odd trip to the factory and subsequent direct payment?
If an order were to come from Alaska Airlines, that would be a good start on the 4000 needed to see black ink. IMO, it could also mean Boyer is back in the game. Who knows? I think we will take any orders from any entity. We`re not proud, we`re just hungry!
I still hope we will see some non-IFE biz in the near future. (I know, I`ll put away the rose colored glasses and the K1 `tinie) I understand what EDIG needs and they will do anything to keep the lights on while the legal mess is cleaned up. However, I trust somebody is out there beating the streets for a revenue source other than additional share authorization. Willy, are you home or out there getin` `er done? (copyright, emit).
I`m not sure how EDIG`s threat to pull Wencor`s license would work, but at least they fired a shot. At this point, it is all just speculation and legal posturing, IMO. Maybe we will get an update soon to explain what is going on with the law suit and an announcement about the ASM later this year. If not, it is just going to be boring for a while, IMO.
Where`s flash when we need some entertainment? (I trust he is feeling much better these days) Anybody sing? or tap dance? or rap? (no, never mind) or play a lick or two?
