It's not sabotage, it's just a thinly traded stock subject to the market, you may not want to hear it but that's exactly how it is right now. And it may continue to be for some time, as Ronz observes. But Ronz uses numbers and research rather than speculation.

You suspect that there is a pattern, show me the log you have of these 'manipulative' trades. I've got one, where's yours? If you have one, study it. You will see no pattern. You may imagine a pattern, or wish there was one, but there isn't. There are strange odd lot trades going on but you will see them in any stock that trades like us (look at ltk.v for example).

If you are going to repeat and capitalise try and use the same spelling. In fact don't capitalise, it's one of Agoracom's rules.
