Rogers.....I think your scenario about someone else footing the bill for the Carb test is plausible. As you pointed out they are ready to hand out tons of money to anyone who can solve their air quality problem. These guys are desperate.

As far as the Richmond Club...yup...it's today. Let's hope that Jerry can stir these guys up this time. I hope that when the presentation is eventually available for us on the Internet, that it will include the question session after the presentation. We didn't get to hear that last time.....it's the most important part of it as far as I'm concerned.....It gives an insight as to what these guys are thinking.
